Noblesville has been experiencing a building boom puts it as one of the fastest growing areas in the nation.  Founded in 1823 and described as a “whole life community”, meaning it is a place where residents can do everything from raising a family to pursuing a career to retiring and everything in between, it has an evident historic past as well as a lively future in the modern economy

Noblesville is the county seat and is located 17 miles northeast of Indianapolis. Interstate 69 is 4 miles southeast of the city.  It has been ranked #10 in the U.S. of Best Places to Raise a Family as one of the top 100 most affordable areas to live.

Downtown Noblesville is a diverse commercial district, where you can find coffee shops, cafes, antique stores, and professional offices, not to mention Victorian homes dating from the late 1800s. This era also gave Noblesville its blue collar heritage as a hard-working city with a strong base of manufacturing and industrial jobs. Noblesville's city center remains a dedicated to its historic heritage while the 146th Street / Interstate 69 corridor is experiencing tremendous growth, with a new open air mall and large corporate campus.
New Subdivisions dot the once-farmed land as more Indianapolis residents migrate to the quiet tranquility of Noblesville's suburban life, now home to over 28,000. The median sales price in 2005 was $189,303 nearly 79% of residents are homeowners and with an average household income of over $87,000, residents enjoy a comfortable way of life. Rent is affordable averaging $650 per month and some new apartment complexes help ease the rental crunch.
Noblesville residents are served by the Noblesville school district and it ranks in the list of top schools in the state, being rated a Gold Medal School District by Expansion Management Magazine (one of the top 16% in the U.S.). Elementary and Middle/Intermediate schools are spread throughout the district, with the high school being centrally located on the north side of the city. 2007 enrollment figures put the elementary schools with just over 3,500 students, middle school with 2,600 and the high school with just over 2,200.
You'll find parks filled with wooded areas, picnic and open-play areas, tennis faciities, volleyball, basketball, skateboarding and croquet courts. Golfers have a choice of 2 city-owned PGA registered courses: Forest Park and Fox Prairie. Verizon Wireless Music Center hosts a variety of popular performers and musical groups throughout the summer months. Morse Reservoir and the White River offer Noblesville area residents swimming, fishing and endless summer fun.
