Welcome to Arcadia!

Located 28 miles northeast of Indianapolis, Arcadia is a town of over 1700 situated near Hamilton County's northern border.  Just 3 miles from Atlanta, these cities offer residents a low-key way of life...a quality of living that allows you to "smell the roses" everyday!

The boom of Hamilton County has lifted Arcadia into the spotlight, offering newcomers the peace and tranquility of rural America while being close to major employment centers in the southern part of the county.

Arcadia is home to not only its 1700+ residents but an assortment of quaint shops and businesses, all of which pride themselves knowing your name when you walk in.
Home costs in this community are well below the national average - with the median home price currently at $111,970. Typical of smaller towns, there is a mix of newer construction and early 1900s homes. Rents are affordable, averaging around $597 per month.
Residents are served by the Hamilton Heights School District, which boasts a high standard of education and an impressive graduation rate of over 85%. The schools are divided into primary, elementary, middle school and high school. The district serves over 2,000 children, not only from Arcadia but also surrounding communities and neighboring Atlanta. School spirit runs high, with students and residents alike cheering on their Huskies for Friday night football!
The Arcadia area is a rural community which affords its residents the luxury of enjoying the great outdoors every day without any effort other than walking out their front door. Indianapolis amenities are not outside of reach, commuting takes about an hour to the city.
